Provide general IT Training to all employees as well as help with transition from existing to new system roll out.Client DetailsGlobal Law Firm in the Heart of Edinburgh DescriptionUndertake a training needs analysis to identify training requirements for the business in relation to technologies currently in use;Create, design and deliver detailed and effective training materials to support employees in the use of all business systems;Deliver training on Microsoft Office as well as specific training on all in-house applications;Deliver classroom-based training, 1 to 1 training, e-learning or online training;Support, mentor and coach learners and provide supportive and constructive feedback;Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of training programmes and learning outcomes;Assist in identifying future learning needs within the business and facilitate any training requirements established;Maintain appropriate records of learners training;Provide assistance with the testing and investigation of any technologies for the business, including documentation; andInvolved in business change projects.ProfilePrior IT training or teaching qualification is essential, such as Microsoft Credited Trainer, CIPD certification in Training Practice, TAP or PTLLS qualification;Previous experience as an IT Trainer within a professional services environment;Experience of training in Microsoft Office Suite to an advanced level;Experience of training in document management systems, time recording systems and practice management systems is essential;Experience with web based and e-learning training environment is required;Previous experience of analysing training needs;Up-to-date knowledge of latest training and development methods, processes and systems;Pro-active, confident, flexible, self-motivated and highly competent individual who is able to work with own initiative with the ability to bring positive change to the Firm; andExcellent communication and presentation skills are required for this role as is the ability to inspire and motivate learners.Job OfferGreat Flex / Home Working opportunities.
