Role: 1st / 2nd Line IT Support EngineerSkills: 1st and 2nd line support, Windows 10, Windows Server administration, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Understanding TCP / IP protocols, Printer management and general hardware experience and OSX / Mac operating systems.They are a company based in Cambridge who specialise in supporting external companies IT Needs, who are looking to hire a 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer who has experience with 1st and 2nd line support, Windows 10, Windows Server administration, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Understanding TCP / IP protocols, Printer management and general hardware experience and OSX / Mac operating systems on a permanent basis.Dependent on your level and experience salaries are ranging up to £30,000
Interviews will be taking place over the next few weeks so we will need your CV asap to be considered for this role.
This position is a hybrid role with a mixture of being office based 2 days a week, on client site in Cambridge one day a week and a work from home option for 2 days a week.
We are looking for someone who has strong experience in 1st and 2nd line support.
