The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) is delighted to advertise the opportunity of IT Change Support Officer in the Digital, Commercial and Information Directorate (DCID).

The postholder will support the Operational Change team in the day to day activities including making decisions on high and low level changes, communicating with the business to ensure their understanding and provide assistance to the Change Manager with any ad hoc tasks. This role includes a lot of engagement with a variety of stakeholders so good communication skills are important. You will also have involvement supporting the Project Transition Lead which will allow you to be part of some big projects happening in the CPS.

You will also support all in-house Service Management quality assurance activity of existing, and new, outsourced ICT service support. Providing in-house CPS Business Application first, or second, line support to both internal and external customers is another significant part of this role.
