Provide 3rd line technical support for applications developed in house as part of the app

development process whilst enhancing the existing software code

Client DetailsA non profit organisation who work with local government on large scale housing restoration projects DescriptionBuild APIs and/or standard interfaces for the legacy applications/database systems and provide expert advice on further system integration's. Automate workflows and implement email notifications with report attachments and similar activities using available tools.Work on technical evaluation for systems being assessed for procurement. Develop Technical Design documents and work with the Project Managers to develop schedules.Work with the Business Analysts on the technical feasibility of proposed application solutions.Participate in the business analysis, user research and project management of both work streams.Participate as an active developer and code reviewer to ensure high quality of deliverables.Work closely with other teams in scheduling work on systems development. Ensuring all work is carried out and documented and following required specifications, standards, methods and procedures.Ensure planned maintenance, patching and software release processes are in place for bespoke software systems.ProfileDeveloped web-based in applications HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, .NET MVC, and JavaScript frameworks such as AngularSQL and SSRS to support development and maintenance of existing applicationsKnowledge of infrastructure disaster recovery and business continuity technology as it applies to web applicationsGood knowledge of data structures and development of system interfacesKnowledge of Microsoft Power PlatformWorking with transformational projectsExposure to enterprise compute environments, server technology and software architecture Resourceful at problem solving and debuggingJob Offer£45kPotential to go permCareer development
