We are working with an International Insurance firm who are currently recruiting for a hybrid role within the team. The requirement is for a Junior Developer with a particular focus on Salesforce that is able to set up automations in Marketing Cloud platform. Client DetailsYou will be working collaboratively across several teams in the firm, including the Product Owners, Designers and Business Owners, to deliver cross-channel automations and oversee the UAT process. You will be responsible for the build and deployment of the campaigns and ensuring performance and reporting are monitored and hitting expectations. DescriptionJunior Salesforce Developer, London will be responsible for:Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver on their briefed campaigns Improve / automate system processes based on insight and evaluations of existing processes.Ensure data quality from source system is maintained and audited as per data model requirements. This includes subscriber status management, process data protection requests, and continuously audit data counts and quality with the support of the Marketing Analyst team.Daily duties ensuring data uploads are successful and real-time data flows are running as expected.Produce data lists for the Customer Marketing team, when necessary, ensuring quality, correct segmentation criteria and timelines are met.Development of new, customised, solutions within the Salesforce platform.Improve / automate system processes based on insight and evaluations of existing processes.Build excellent product knowledge and always remain up to date on business, industry, technical and customer strategies. Development of new, customised, solutions within Salesforce Marketing cloudProfileJunior Salesforce Developer, London will ideally have: Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Advanced in AMPScript /SQL - Writing and editing queries.Experienced in API development.Advanced in all Salesforce Marketing cloud features (Journey Builder, Automation studio, SFMC Connector, Einstein etc).Knowledge of Google Analytics tracking digital assets across multiple environmentsAbility to conduct A/B testing to improve email performanceIn-depth understanding of email marketing best practicesWorking experience with any of the following would be advantageous: Sitecore, SSRS or MS Dynamics CRMHave good understanding of relational databases.Experience using Litmus.Job OfferJunior Salesforce Developer, London will be offered:8% bonusFlexible hybrid working2 days in the officePotential to travel across sites
