In the role of a SAP S / 4 HANA Project Manager / Rollout Manager, you are the first point of contact for order questions and implementation, starting with process consulting and defining problems to defining an overall solution, its design, development and use. Within this process, your role is crucial - you lead your team through the entire business process to the finished work result. Role & Responsibilities* Strong project management skills, specifically in large SAP Transformational Programs, including Run and Change Business Programs * Proven experience of managing large SAP implementation / roll out / transformation projects. * Proven Resource Management skills should have good exposure to global delivery model with larger offshore (India, Mexico, Brazil, Poland) component.* Should have managed the team of 25 to 40 people.* Good consulting skills. * Possesses strong product / process / technology / industry knowledge in manufacturing industry. * Ability to manage in a complex matrix environment. * Strong focus on client service excellence. * Successful cooperation with the customer's departments, a good understanding of business processes and support in creating the technical requirements documents. * Fluent written and spoken English. Skills & Qualifications* Should have IT experience* Should have experience in managing projects / programs of various scale.* Should have experience in the manufacturing industry. * Should have experience in leading complex SAP projects with transformation elements and change business process. * An MBA is an advantage * Sound knowledge in one of the domain areas of SAP and strong cross functional knowledge * Flexibility for working hours and travels (due to the nature of global engagements in APAC, EMEA, US and LATAM. * Experience in working with on-site business managers as well as in-depth knowledge of business processes.* Good analytical and logical problem-solving skills combined with the talent to understand new tasks quickly.* Excellent communication and documentation skills at CxO level, management of sub-contractors.* Management of a service delivery organization as well as the monitoring of service level agreements. * Identification of additional sales potential with customers and generation of further change requests.* Experience with standard processes such as ITIL, ideally with certification.
