ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be expected to demonstrate a strong work ethic when it comes to managing issues, have a keenness to learn and develop an appreciation for the various client cultures and their requirements. By showing intelligence and an eagerness to learn you will be given freedom to develop new skills in a wide range of cutting-edge technologies including Microsoft Modern Desktop, Intune, Autopilot, and Azure.

You will be required to work on clients' premises providing exceptional IT support and training. You will be involved in project delivery and work with various lines of business applications. You will act as technical lead for a set of clients and work closely with account managers and tech teams to deliver an IT vision which future proofs client systems.

We carry out regular performance reviews which provide the opportunity for two-way feedback and a tailor-made development plan to enhance your IT career.

YOUR BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

- Solid experience (3-5 years) in IT support roles

- Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve user queries in person/remotely

- Extensive Office 365 experience, potentially including email and file migrations

- Proven track record of working with: Hardware and peripherals including PCs, laptops, mobile devices, Windows 10, Mac OSX, Networking LAN & WAN, AVD, RDS, Citrix desktops

- Exposure to Azure desirable

- Comfortable using PowerShell

- Professional outlook and presentation for client meetings

- Desire to keep up with tech innovation and trends in IT

- Excited by working in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to engage professionally and always deliver an exceptional client experience
