Remote Based - Dynamics CRM Support Consultant - £55,000I'm currently working with a leading MS Partner who are looking for a CRM Support Consultant. Specialising in CRM solutions, our client are looking to expand their team due to a recent growth in up and coming projects.You will work closely with clients to gather requirements and provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users. You will be required to customise and configure D365 CE and CRM to meet business needs and proactively maintain and improve the system to maximise the functionality.To apply, you should have: Extensive experience using Dynamics CRM and D365 CE, versions 2016 and D365 CE are desirable.Experience in providing 1st and 2nd line support on Dynamics CRM.Confident with customising and configuring Dynamics CRM.Excellent communication skills to gather requirements and train end users on the functionalities of the system.If you are interested in this role, please call 0191 338 6644 or email your CV to [email protected].
