Lead Embedded Software Test EngineerLondon Bridge, London£70,000 to £82,000 + 15% Bonus + Visa Sponsorship Available + Relocation Assistance + Great Benefits Package Excellent opportunity for an Embedded Software Test Engineer to join a market leading fitness tech company in a highly varied and interesting role where you can progress your career. This company have rapidly grown over the past 5 years. COVID has only grown their worldwide presence and they are now looking for software tester with experience on embedded systems and wireless communications to join their team in a lead role. In this role you will lead a team, using embedded devices and processors, working with embedded systems, and testing low level software and firmware. The ideal candidate will be an experience software tester with experience testing embedded software code and wireless communication protocols. Experience with Python, Jenkins, C/C++, JIRA & Unity all beneficial. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading, forward thinking fitness tech powerhouse in a highly varied, interesting, and challenging role. The role:*Developing test software for all Fit Tech products, focusing on system level test harnesses and test benches.*Testing potential game improvements to the extent that they are implemented with Fit Tech firmware.*Liaising with the US software test teams.*Leading a small team*Working with the wider hardware Engineering team to develop hardware and software that creates the best enhancement to the overall experience. The person:*Degree qualified in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering or similar.*Experience testing embedded software code and wireless communication protocols.*Experience creating and maintaining an automated build and test environment (Jenkins).*Experience with Python, C/C++, JIRA, CMake, Git, GitHub, Perforce, Unity, Lint beneficial.
