The Database and Analysis Manager will lead Scope's database team ensuring they continue to give excellent support to our income generation.

Under your leadership, the team will go through a period of profound change, as Scope migrates from our existing Raisers Edge supporter Database to Microsoft Dynamics 365. 

The Role

Your first challenge will be to act as a stabilising influence and give the team clear management and leadership. You will build rapport and ensure the team continues to manage existing processes and make improvements where you can.

You will also help Scope think and plan for the longer term, working alongside the Head of Digital and Data to reimagine the role of the team once we have moved to our new database.

About You

You will be experienced working with and managing contact databases, to support marketing, fundraising or similar income generation. When required you will be able to do hands on work alongside your line reports.

You will be an approachable and confident people manager, able to listen to the team, guide them and ensure they are supported and developed. You will get your head around the team's work and ensure it is carefully planned, allocated and streamlined where possible.

And you will be able to think about the future and how to develop and mould your team, helping shift the team's function from data processing to analysis and insight.
