Are you an experienced Failure Analysis Engineer with knowledge of Semiconductors with experience in IC conversions and from a Switch-mode Power Supply applications, analog, with a proven strong background in Quality Assurance looking to progress their career whilst playing a key part in the future development and processes of a renowned manufacturer.

This is a hands on role in which you will be required to perform fault isolation and defect analysis/characterization on power IC's to identify root causes of product failures in power supply applications and/or in production test. You will also provide comprehensive technical reports to customers on findings from product failure investigation.

The successful candidate will also provide advice for internal and external customers regarding corrective actions based on the results of the analysis.

The Role

* Perform device level failure analysis to support RMA and customer issues.

* Fault isolation and defect analysis/characterization on power IC's

* Identify root causes of product failures in power supply

* Provide comprehensive technical reports to customers

The Person

* BSEE or equivalent discipline

* 2-3 years of experience in failure analysis of power semiconductors, analog, and/or mixed-signal IC devices

In-depth understanding of both digital and analog circuits, device physics and IC fabrication processes

* Ability to interpret IC ATE test data log
