Job DescriptionA global leading IT Investment financial Organisation are recruiting Senior UI Developer for Equities cross platform team to help, build and develop on cross assets derivatives platform.The role can be based in Birmingham & work from home option is also available i.e. Hybrid.

Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be working in a close knit team at the forefront of the trading floor environment. Be responsible for building and maintaining high quality production code including public facing sitesYou will be working as part of a highly experienced engineering team and jump in at the beginning of a high growth productDesign, build and optimize the frontend UIs.Be part of the product roadmap discussions as we grow and evolve the productStay informed with industry best practices and provide guidance, inspiration and mentorship in engineering excellence.

Skills & Qualifications4+ years of professional experience developing web applications.Experience with front-end development libraries such as React.JS or Angular.Experience with mainstream web transports such as REST and WebSockets.Familiarity with unit-testing and end-to-end testing frameworks.Familiarity with tools such as Node.JS, Java and JavaScript bundlers..Knowledge about popular design patterns and algorithms.Knowledge of financial markets is preferred, but not required.Feel free to approach me to for a confidential chat or get more information about the interview process.Phone: +44 (0)203 148 4639 (ext 4639)
