Role Overview

This employer is looking for an enthusiastic 1st Line Support Technician to join their growing team.

This is a role for a self-motivated engineer to work focusing on great customer service with excellent communication skills as well as a strong technical troubleshooting ability.

It's important that you're able to think on your feet and provide great customer service and be a reassuring presence to their clients. A can-do attitude is absolutely essential!

You should have at least 1 years' experience supporting Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and PC building within a corporate environment.

Skills and Experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Problem solving

- Ability to work under own initiative and to prioritise workload

- Remain productive during slow periods

Role Responsibilities

- Providing onsite 1st line support

- Working at customer sites as required

- Proactive desktop monitoring

- Daily checks

- Hardware installation and maintenance

- Provide out of hours support where required

Location

Based in central London you will play an important part in supporting their diverse range of clients. As well as supporting end-users on site, you will also be answering calls and providing support remotely.

There may also may be the need to occasionally work ?at sites in Oxfordshire - therefore you should be happy to travel, with expenses covered.
