Role: Senior Quality EngineerLocation: CoventryDuration: 6 monthsRate: Up to £40/hour (PAYE only) Position SummaryDay to day line management of Quality Engineers within the value streams and be the point of contact for of all quality concerns. Oversee Customer quality, internal quality & supplier quality. Proactively working with manufacturing, engineering, operations and supply chain to ensure effective collaboration on quality issues.Quality point of contact for customer for assigned programmesEnsure compliance to customer quality requirements for assigned programmesCompile and submit customer quality deliverables as required for assigned programmesCompile and submit PPAP documentation to customerCoordinate PPAP elements with IPT (PFMEA, control plans, MSA studies etc.)Support run@rate improvement activities for assigned programmesCreate and lead zero defects plan for assigned programmesAnalyse scrap, rework and yield data from quality clinic teamCoordinate containment and root cause activities where required with IPT (8Ds/RCCAs) liaising with SQE where requiredTo apply please send your CV's in the first instance
