My client is looking for a Service Designer for an initial 12 months contract inside of IR35.
*Why has the role come about - Incremental resource required to support large programme of work
*Day to day responsibilities - As outlined below, will work as part of a squad, facilitating, running and managing workshops to design service wrap, technical requirements for solutions we take to market and internal business processes

Service Designer skills
*Understand customer insights & analysis
*Using insight to prioritise and deliver improvement roadmaps
*Gathering customer & business requirements
*Prioritising requirements based on customer insight & value based scoping
*Defining EPICS, Features and writing & delivering user stories
*Creating journey maps
*Creating service design blueprints
*Low level solution design experience
*Business Process design
*Defining customer and business OKRs aligned to scope & project goals
*Evidence of defining and implementing lean business processes across multiple & complex organisations
*Storytelling
*Strong stakeholder management across multiple senior stakeholders, multiple channels
- Experience with Mural
- Experience of working within an Agile environment
