Syteline/CSI Analyst Remote - UK FTC - 12-18 months My client is currently implementing Infor Syteline/CSI v10 across various business functions and is looking to recruit a Systems Analyst on a fixed term basis to support this project.

As part of the Cloud Implementation Project, the Systems Analyst role will support all areas to implement best practise processes supplemented by minor system personalisation and making the most of reporting capabilities alongside working with numerous partners integrating a variety of supporting systems.

Responsibilities Of The ERP Systems AnalystLead personalisation efforts of forms, reports & workflowsAssist implement interfaces & integration with supporting systemsManage change control, source control and technical documentationReview change requests and propose technical solutionsAttend training sessions for Infor OS technology platform, configuration and personalisationOrganise system change requests, prioritising in line with project goalsPersonalise system forms & external facing documentsCreate workflow & event management processes to aid authorisation & audit processesMaintain data replication routines ensuring consistent data across the ERP systemConfigure importing and exporting of data with Infor Data Lake allowing for external Power BI reporting plus ingesting data for the financial consolidation toolAssist the business by creating and/or training key users to create in-system Data View reportsSupport & maintain EDI interfaces with third party customers & vendorsAssist implementation of Product Configuration engine, Enterprise quoting add-on, integration with Salesforce CRM & clinical solutionImplement interface monitoring tools with alerting for errorsReview existing ERP supplemental reporting systems SSRS & Cognos Analytics, working with each department identifying needs assisting developing replacements where requiredCollaborate with all stakeholders, understand and support each business area's challenges and goals identifying opportunities to assistLiaise with ERP implementation partners, working together to support all technical deliveriesWork with external partners to identify system integration needs and assist developing interfacesReview current ERP system, modifications & reporting needs with consideration to minimal redevelopments where necessaryAdherence to defined timelines and be able to meet tight deadlinesCommunicate technical needs effectively and timely with functional representatives and project teamsPerforms other duties and responsibilities as requiredSkills & Experience

Ideally, the successful applicant will have extensive experience of analysing, specifying and personalising ERP systems. They will have solid knowledge of SQL server or other relational databases and will have demonstrable experience in working with cross functional teams. They will have excellent attention to detail, be proactive and organised in their approach and be able to prioritise tasks to varying deadlines.
