Perfect opportunity for an experienced Finance Strategy Manager to join a fast-growing MedTech start-up and help drive their expansion on the finance side.

This start-up have now grown to over 40 employees on the back of their incredible and innovative medical product and they're now looking to continue this following their Series A funding.

In this role you will report directly into the CEO and focus on strategic planning, reporting, budget planning and presenting finances to investors as well as co-working with the internal relevant stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, and experience working in a dynamic start-up environment. You will have focused on strategy either in a consultancy environment or in another context.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative MedTech and get unrivalled exposure to management in the role with the opportunity to build out a the finance team underneath you as they grow.

The Role:

*Focus on strategic planning, reporting and budget planning.

*Work with management and other internal stakeholders on finance strategy.

*Communicate with existing and new investors.

The Person:

*Strong finance background.

*Experience working in a high growth environment such as in a start-up.

*German and English skills required.
