Central IT Department: UK-based IT Manager
Hourly rate/Salary: will be discussed with individual candidates

Systech's headquarters are in London and we employ 500+ staff throughout a network of regional and branch offices, worldwide. Our team of professionals provides services over the full lifespan of projects - from bid to handover - from our offices across Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and the Americas.
Systech is looking to appoint a UK-based IT Manager, working from a home-office/base. Reporting directly to the Groups FD and CEO, this position is one of high responsibility. We are looking for the right person to manage the day to day IT requirements for the company in the UK/EUR and Americas regions. You will be tasked with ensuring all IT incidents are resolved ASAP and by proactively monitoring systems, ensuring all potential downtime is mitigated.
The successful candidate will be someone with a proactive nature, an ability to juggle multiple incidents at once, excellent communication skills, extensive knowledge and proven experience in this field, being used to working under pressure and being able to work outside of normal business hours when needed.

Helpful, positive and supportive attitude at all times
8yrs post-qualification commercial experience with a proven track record
Fluent in spoken and written English / HTML/CSS, PHP, .NET and SQL experience is preferable
Microsoft Office365 Suite and Powershell administration is essential
Familiar with UK/EUR and Americas regions different ISP's and communications configurations
Experience in working with and reporting to Senior Management
Planning software experience - Primavera, Asta, MSP would be an advantage
Be able to work under pressure, being able to co-ordinate the International IT Manager to ensure 24/7 coverage
Be able to work outside normal business hours and on-call 24/7
SUN, Q&A and systems administration knowledge an advantage
OrangeHRM or similar CRM IT administration experience is preferable
