Lead QA Test Engineer Reigate to £70k
Lead QA Test Engineer (C# Selenium Automation Azure). Opportunity for a talented Lead QA Test Engineer to join one of the biggest players within the InsurTech space. You'll be utilising your skills within a highly technology driven company that offers a range of perks including flexible working (work from home 3 days a week), casual dress code and access to the latest tech kit.
As a Lead QA Test Engineer you'll be part of a core team who build cutting edge technology used in top tier insurance platforms and products worldwide. You'll be responsible for establishing QA processes and strategy within the team and will encourage the adoption of Automation within an Agile environment. This role will also involve mentoring and coaching other team members (2 - 3 engineers).
You'll be based in large, modern offices in Reigate with residential parking available and train links only a 10 minute walk away. You'll be able to work from home up to 3 days per week.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a QA Test Engineer
Good knowledge of C# and experienced with Selenium Automation
Experience mentoring / leading a small team
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Desirable: Azure
