Marketing Automation Manager (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) - remote (UK) - up to £50,000I am currently working with an established user who are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join their team. You will be working on projects from requirements gathering to delivery, creating a variety of marketing campaigns on a global scale, utilising Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This a great opportunity take the lead on the Marketing Cloud platform as the company expands, and manage more junior members of the team. This is a key hire for the business as they develop; you will be creating complex customer journeys, building personalised and automated marketing campaigns on a global scale. You will have the opportunity to develop campaigns across a range of touch points, impacting the customer experience as you move them down the purchasing funnel. Another important part of the role will be bringing in data from other external systems, so having integration experience will be crucial. There is also a great opportunity to build your consulting and managing skill set, managing a scrum team and working with senior stakeholders. Key skills:Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud is essentialHTML and AMPscript knowledgeLead Generation and prospectingIntegration of data from other systems Experience using a wide range of Marketing Cloud modules such as Email studio, Automation studio, Mobile studio, Journey builder, Content builder.Stakeholder ManagementCampaign reporting Any exposure to Pardot is beneficial but not essential This particular organisation are pushing more and more of their activity through Marketing Cloud and are placing heavy investment into the Salesforce instance, giving you the chance to work on some exciting projects and make a difference from day one.
