£33,000 per annum
A superb opportunity has arisen for a Web Designer/Digital Designer to join a large financial service provider in Doncaster. As a Web Designer you will be responsible for designing the online assets and customer journeys. The role involves research, design, testing and evaluation to ensure digital/non digital customer interactions are user-friendly and intuitive to bring positive impact on customer conversion and retention. The role:
" Provide a customer focused digital service and customer centric digitisation across business and development teams
" Conduct user interviews, customer care colleague interviews and user behaviour analysis
" Customer-centric approach to web design that continually improve our core digital user journeys and how our customers flow through them
" Maximise customer experience while also delivering commercial benefits
" Design wireframes, build prototypes, guide user research
" Understand key digital/non-digital customer interactions to build customer experience and encourage a positive impact on customer conversion and experience
" Journey mapping, user research/testing, information architecture, competitor analysis, product wireframes, interactive prototypes, motion and UI design
" Effectively collaborate with stakeholders to understand and unite business objectives with customer needs
" Work closely with Developers to deliver any necessary additional design assets and guidance during development
" Take the lead on and represent marketing on all design/digital projects including managing request for change, technical specs, wireframes and testing. The person:
" Analytical and creative and able to grasp user needs, make data led recommendations to solve problems
" Strong design skills with a keen interest in the latest in UI developments
" Able to conceptualise and design best-practice, intuitive solutions that meet customer and business objectives
" High level of attention to detail Qualifications/Experience required:
" Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
" Skills in Design/IA/user experience tools
" Experience of test and learn principles with examples
" Experience and expertise in agile design and development methodologies
" Experience of researching and analysing user behaviour and interpreting back to actionable tasks designed to improve sales conversion
" Evidence of understanding on customer audience segmentation and the impact in web development/design
" An eye for clean and artful design, superior visual design skills, be able to translate high-level requirements into impactful interface designs with focus on balancing customer needs, business drivers and technical possibilities What the company offer:
