Agile Programme Manager - City of London - Negotiable Salary + discretionary bonus + benefits - Large scale transformation programme.Client DetailsI am currently working with one of the UK's leading payment providers who are looking for an Agile Programme Manager to lead on organisation wide move to the Agile framework of working.DescriptionIn this role you will be involved in the following: Working alongside an external consultant to develop your understanding of the business currently pre-transformationDrive the full implementation of Agile following on from the last 18 months adoption within businessLead in the transformation to the Agile framework across technology and business process as a new way of workingDevelop relationships with senior stakeholders to engage them and take them on the transformation journey to Agile workingProvide continual coaching for the organisation on all things Agile and how to continually improve business process once the transformation has been completedProfileAs the successful candidate you will have:Excellent knowledge of Agile framework and methodology Lead in Agile Business Process Programmes of work previously Experience in Digital Transformation programmesExcellent senior stakeholder engagement relationship development and retention, including an understanding in what is needed to build those relationshipsBe comfortable with independent working and be a self starterJob OfferAs the successful candidate you will receive: Competitive Salary Discretionary bonus Health care 25 days annual leave PensionLife assurance
