I have a fantastic opportunity as Digital Verification Manager to join my client based in Aix-en-Provence, France. You must be willing to work onsite 2 days per week (days are your choice) but you can be based anywhere in France. (This also applies post-covid times!)My client are a leading developer and licensor of Semiconductor IP specialising in high-speed interconnect and protocols such as PCI ExpressYou will be joining the R&D team as Digital Verification Manager, with complete responsibility for leading a team of skilled verification engineers on complex IP development projects. You will have the chance to contribute to technical strategy, as well as line manage a growing team - including the recruitment process for new engineers and development of existing ones. This is an exciting time to join the company, and work on exciting tech! REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
15+ years' experience in semiconductor development, technical leadership and/or people/project managementStrong expertise in design verification methodologies, ability to contribute to strategy for verification methodology, tools and test bench architectureLead, manage and mentor a team of digital verification engineersPrevious background in ASIC and/or FPGA verification environments (UVM etc)Excellent communication skills - preferably in fluent French and EnglishWork closely with design & validation teams, as well as support the director of engineering in executing product development, delivery and strategyAlways seeking to improve existing verification processes, productivity and qualityIf you'd like to know more - please contact Rob Hudson @ IC Resources for a chat today!
