Job Role: ServiceNow HR Business Process Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow HR Business Process Analyst to work on a project to implement the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module in ServiceNow. This person will work with key project stakeholders and the Platform Administrators to ensure user requirements (Stories) are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification.

Responsibilities:

*Combine knowledge of industry leading practice and understanding of available ServiceNow products and functionality to advise the client throughout the project lifecycle

*Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases.

*Translate functional requirements into technical requirements

*Partake in client meetings and workshops helping to maximise their productivity based on the audience

*Facilitate review sessions with functional owners and end-user representatives.

*Perform gap analysis as is vs to be.

*Assist with writing and reviewing QA and UAT test scripts.

*Assist with the UAT process working with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff.

*Preparation of user documentation and training documentation as necessary.

Person specification:

*Have experience implementing at least one ServiceNow HRSD application so you can bring your own observations of what worked well (or not so well) to client engagements

*Strong functional understanding of ServiceNow HRSD product

*Experience in HR transformation projects

*Demonstrable knowledge of HR processes

*Excellent stakeholder management skills

*Comfortable with agile and waterfall methods of working

*Experience producing project deliverables (business requirements, functional specs, configuration document, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrices etc.)

*Fast learner with an ability to get up-to-speed in a short space of time
