As our D365 Application Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and supporting our D365 CRM as our core customer data tool. You will be a proactive and enthusiastic driver on how we deliver, use and benefit from CRM, whilst collaborating closely with our Membership Experience Team to ensure the member experience remains at the heart of what we do
Reporting into the Application Services Manager, you'll be part of a multi-disciplinary technical team responsible for developing and supporting core customer applications. You will be involved in CRM product development, lead configurations and environment management, and proactively support resolving bugs/incidents.

As well as appealing to Dynamics 365 Specialist with substantial experience, this opportunity may also be a great fit for someone who wants to deepen their knowledge and expertise around the Dynamics 365 and surrounding technologies and step into a more technical role and showcase their growth potential and technical ambition.
We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with relevant experience leading D365 CRM technical development and support within an Agile environment. In order to thrive in this role, you should be able to engage successfully with, and provide clear consultancy to, a broad and diverse range of colleagues across the organisation.
As D365 Application Specialist, you will have a creative and proactive approach to problem solving, as well as robust analytical skills.
You will be excited about sharing your knowledge, exploring ideas, proposing initiatives, and motivating people to embrace innovation.
