Title: Senior Change Manager

Duration: 12-18 Months

Location: London (WFH opportunities),

Rate: £800 p/day - INSIDE IR35

ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and leading the overall Change & Engagement plan for that business process area, acting as the conscience of our programme, so that we land change that 'sticks' and deliver with certaintyConverting complex finance systems / processes into easily digestible collateral for decision making and engagement purposesBecome an expert in the change for that process areaResponsibility for building and maintaining strong senior manager level relationships both internally and externally as applicable to ensure the delivery of the changeDirectly influencing and challenging leadership team thinking from a change management and team engagement perspectiveChampioning the change by driving best practice and consistencyProviding insight on change management methodologiesUnderstanding of how people go through a change and the change process and ensure this is appropriately reflected in any business requirements / planning

RequirementsExperience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools and deliverables, covering:Change Impact Assessment, Change Action PlansStakeholder management / engagement & and Internal communicationsProgramme/ Project CommunicationTraining approaches and materials to support the changeBusiness readiness & benefits realisation planningRole mapping and designFinance qualification / finance change experienceAbility to build relationships and work with large functional and matrix teams, possibly in different locationsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent active listening skillsAbility to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiencesAbility to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal across stakeholder groupsFlexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situationsTo apply please send an updated CV to apply
