Agile Adoption PMLocation - London/Remote WorkingRate - £475/Day PAYE - £609/Day UmbrellaStart date - ASAPContract duration - Until end of Dec 2022 (Potential for contract extension for right candidate) Our financial services client is currently seeking an Agile Adoption PM to join their team in the London office/remote working.Job description: Key duties may include the followingDevelop change solutions, designs or options that are focused on successful change embeddingEnsure that audience change impacts and reactions are analysed and change interventions identified to manage those impacts and reactions across businessIdentify and mitigate key Transformation Change and Implementation risksIdentify opportunities for early realisation of benefitsInfluence and manage stakeholders and sponsor relationships in leading the change and achieving the benefitsWork with the programme team and sponsor to ensure Transformation Change and Implementation is embedded with that programmeSupport the Transformation Leadership Team with key change information to help support portfolio managementFacilitate stakeholders through decisions, consulting them, influencing them and resolving any conflictsEnsure that the OT SOW communication plan is aligned with OT overall plan and ongoing initiativesEnsure SOW initiatives and news are successfully communicated to the staff, stakeholders and senior executives, where appropriateLiaise with OT's Communication specialist to plan and implement the communication strategyLiaise with OT's Transformation team to understand and analyse the stakeholders and communicate accordinglyLiaise with the SOW Culture and Communications Lead to report on progress, share learning's and collaborate with the communications communityPlan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as OT's intranet/Confluence pages, regular email bulletins/newsletters, speed posts, blogs, Town-halls and special presentationsMonitor the click rate and responses received as a result of the communication for all the mediums, respond to the feedback and report to the leadership team, as requiredExplore learning and sharing opportunities and communicate success stories in our agile journeyPlan and organise video recordings to support the communication strategy, as requiredEnsure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different stakeholdersEssential experience requiredExperience within a large, matrix organisationUnderstanding of agile and SAFE methodologiesAble to demonstrate actions and an understanding in working in the best interests of the customerProven leadership skills in a changing environmentSomebody who has worked in Agile SME, Project Manager roleExperience and understanding in change and implementationExperience in Agile implementations (Mandatory)Understanding in People aspect of change (Mandatory)Consulting background (Preferably)From banking industry (Desirable)If you are relevant or interested please don't delay, Apply for the role immediately
