Mission: You are first of all accountable for the quality of the deliverables of the agile Delivery team you lead. You are also in charge of our full CI/CD setup used not only by your team but as well all the teams of our strategic partner.

Then as an overall Technical Lead your mission from a technical point of view will be to ensure the overall technical architecture of our Global Solution(s) fits the business context, both now and in the future. Focused on the technical aspects (the "How"), you will find the right balance of standardization and will steer the alignment of Build teams (not only yours) on a consistent & common technical direction.ResponsibilitiesPrimarily ensure effective product development with your agile team that will include skillsets working autonomously.Lead the technical architecture (in collaboration with our Solution Architect) and enables technology choicesParticipate in the design and implementation of IT standards, tools, and methodologiesEnsure validation of the technical designs of our Global Solution(s) (addressing functional and non-functional business requirements) notably from the following angles: data model impacts, interface impacts, infrastructure, compliance to Company IT security standards, correct utilization of the selected technical componentsSupport the Solution Delivery manager in correctly interpreting and implementing Solution scope artifactsMediate technical debatesParticipate in building our Global Solution(s) for performance optimizationsResponsible for periodical review of the technical system documentation and to secure that design documentation is up to date.Ensure quality patterns, reusability, configurability and scaling of our Global Solution(s)You will be part of the platform leadershipDrive PoC's and MVP's on new design patterns and technologiesHelp Build teams (not only yours) with any technical challenges they haveEnsure a maximum of automation in end-to-end delivery processes (DevOps) Work experienceAt least 10 years of experience as a software developer or technical architectKnow how to write code and what good quality code looks likeMust have a broader understanding of how software fits into the overall system.Need a good understanding about how software will be deployed, managed and operated in a production environmentExperience in IT Security problematics & solutionsExpertise of Salesforce technologies & solutions (Sales & Service Cloud, Community, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Heroku, Einstein Analytics, mobile solutions and third-party components).Major experience gained in both multinational and multi-cultural environments would be an added benefit BehavioursBlend of strong leadership skills, architecture skills and development skillsLeadership skills like coaching, influencing and delegation are keys to successProblem-solving mind with good attention to details EducationMaster's degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, computer/data science alternatively a master's degree in business, economics or similar supplemented with computer science degrees or certifications and a proven technical track record.
