Are you a Technical Trainer of Engineering staff? Do you want to develop your technical skills further, train, learn and develop a career within the Wind Turbine sector?

On offer is a Technical Trainer position for a globally recognized and industry leading wind turbine company based out of Rosendale, just to the north of Manchester. You will undertake training of new engineering staff on all aspects of Wind Turbine Maintenance, H&S and the technical aspects of wind turbine generators, H&S and the technical aspects of wind turbine generators.

From time to time you will need to visit sites across the UK, Ireland Norway and Sweden and occasionally attend training meetings and conferences on best practice and new technologies at HQ in Germany so some flexibility is required.

You will be a part of a close knit training team, using your engineering background and training skills from other sectors; you will learn and technically develop on this companies products becoming a specialist in every area to then train new and existing staff.

This role would suit a Technical Trainer or lead engineer with mentoring experience from a range of Engineering backgrounds looking to have dedicated technical OEM training and to have a career with an industry leading and global Wind Turbine company.

The Role:

· Technical Training of engineering Staff, Train the Trainer, and occasionally engineering subcontractors

· Dedicated on the job technical OEM personal training with career goals and development.

· Site visits to wind farms around the UK, Ireland and EU

The Person:

· Mechanical / Electrical Engineering background

· Engineer with mentoring / training background from Plant, FLT, Industrial Engineering background

· Looking to join a global WTG company with dedicated OEM training

· Flexible to job requirements and visiting sites around the UK and EU

· Full UK Driving License and lives in a commutable distance to Rossendale & Greater Manchester
