An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Personalisation Lab within the Onboarding & Customer Comms Value Stream as a Senior Product Owner. Passionate, collaborative inspiring and customer-centric, you'll be responsible for leading two feature teams to deliver data and personalisation capabilities that underpin personalised treatments across customer touch points.

Please note this role has a defined end date of November 2022

Here's how you'll make a difference:

You'll ensure value is realised for agreed objectives and key results, and that short and long term business goals are aligned to and support our strategic agenda.

You'll be accountable and responsible for the long-term vision and strategy for the products, business outcomes and journeys and to inspire others with this strategy.

You'll figure out what customers need through a combination of user research, collecting feedback from cross-functional teammates, diving into data, and competitive analysis.

And you'll balance investment priorities across creation of features that drive value, that deliver legal or regulatory commitments, and technical improvements and enablers to improve performance and resilience.

What we need from you

An ideal Product Owner for Onboarding & Customer Comms will need to be able to display the following qualities:

Inspire with energy and passion to the team with a focus on collaboration!

Influence without authority, trusting and empowering the Team with responsibility, comfortable challenging stakeholders

Be data driven and bring evidence-based decision-making to explain 'why'

Intellectually curious and loves learning new skills & capabilities and role models the Learning culture

Able to create a product vision and define work to be done

Experience working with technical and cross-functional teams to deliver change

Strong communication skills

Able to influence alignment up and down the Organisation - able to explain prioritisation decisions in releases

Experience of creating a great team environment that attracts and retains talent

What we'll also be looking for on your CV

Understand principle of good coding practice desirable

Understand principle of good data management desirable

Background in change desirable e.g. budget management & active management of delivery plans
