D365 CE 2nd line Support, Microsoft Gold Partner, £40kI am working with a growing Microsoft Gold Partner based in Coventry that due to project requirements are looking for a 2nd line support analyst with experience supporting D365 CE and the Power Platform. My client are known for their high retention rates and keeping their staff up to date with the latest technologies and certifications.You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support for their external clients on the D365 CE and Power Platform systems and escalating the tickets further if needed.
