Accounts Payable AdvisorStockport 2 days p/wk / 3 days working from home - 8:15am to 5pm3 Months£16.64 p/hour PAYEMy client is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join their busy helpdesk team. The successful candidate will work from the client Stockport base 2 days p/week and from home 3 days p/week.You'll be working within a team of motivated and brilliant advisors, providing excellent service to our suppliers and employees. Our helpdesk in Stockport specialise in accounts payable, purchasing and business expenses. Typically you may be responding to an email from a supplier about an invoice they have sent, or on the phone helping one of our employees to resolve a query.Day to Day Tasks:Be the first point of contact for employee and supplier contacts relating to accounts payable, iBuy and business expenses.Create, refer and manage tickets using CRM toolLiaise with second line support when requiredBe responsible and accountable for your own developmentSkills Required:Strong communication skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, in a professional and straightforward way.Customer service skills: Dealing with internal customer (employees) and external suppliers queries you'll need to be understanding, empathetic and at times deliver difficult messages.Experience Required:Previous helpdesk experienceSome accounts payable/finance experienceExperience of an Oracle ERPExperience of CCNG or similar call platformPlease submit your CV in the first instance.
