Do you have experience with 3-phase systems, electric motors, and DC-AC converters and their related control Algorithms, if so, I have an exciting role for you! A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Senior/Principal Applications Engineer to join an international organisation and be technically responsible for planning, delivering, and contributing to the development, simulation of firmware aimed at electric motors, AC-DC Converters, and Three-phase Systems. You will have an expert understanding of control algorithms and how these algorithms control Power Supplies, Motor Drives, and Three-phase Systems. You will also program power electronics technology in C and undertake relevant simulations. The Senior/Principal Applications Engineer will have a degree in electrical and electronics engineering, with a proven background in the following:Power Electronics / HardwarePython and Lab viewerMATLAB / SimulinkC codingThis is a key role for an established organisation, offering an excellent remuneration package and rewarding benefits.
