Would you like to work for an established, global, award winning manufacturer with offices worldwide?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Service Desk Lead, to coach, develop and motivate a team of 2 IT Technicians. You will be responsible for ensuring targets are met, and helpdesk calls are responded and resolved within SLA's.

You will have the ability to support the windows environment and be trained on the core business system - Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, undertake small/medium sized IT Projects, ask the right questions, maintain vendor relationships whilst promoting a positive environment within the team to ensure the quality/performance of the team is maximized, so that customer satisfaction is high.

kills / Environment: Windows 7/10, Office365, Dynamics AX 2009 (not essential), Project Management, MS Teams, Dell laptops, HP Desktops

Initially this role is a 12-month fixed term contract, whilst the IT Support Manager is utilized on a major ERP implementation. At the end of the 12 months, If the candidate is successful, there is the potential for the role to be permanent
