Technical Business Analyst London / WfH to £80k

Technical Business Analyst / Agile BA *Hybrid WfH*. Are you a tech savvy Business Analyst with a good knowledge of APIs and an interest in microservices?

You could be progressing your career at a fast growing FinTech solutions provider whose SaaS banking applications are helping to disrupt UK consumer banking and bring technology enabled change that effects people's everyday lives.

As a Technical Business Analyst with the Lending and Credit team you'll complete detailed analysis on your assigned journey's, features and epics and translate these into meaningful user stories with acceptance criteria to help shape the product roadmap. You'll evangelise refinement, facilitate SME discussions and collaborate with software engineering teams and the wider business being mindful of cross project dependencies.

There's currently a fully remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home; you'll join colleagues in the London office for 1 day a week; there's a huge range of facilities and all the latest kit (you could be based there more often if desired).

Requirements:

You have advanced Business Analysis skills with experience of Agile delivery using Scrum or SAFe

You have a good technical knowledge of RESTful APIs and an interest in microservices

You have experience working closely with software developers

You have experience with Confluence and JIRA

You have advanced experience with requirements gathering, writing epics and user stories with acceptance criteria (using TDD / BDD)

You have a collaborative nature with excellent written and verbal communication skills
