A successful multinational Semiconductor company working on state-of-the-art automotive power is seeking an IT Support Engineer to be located in Edinburgh. You will provide day-to-day technical support for on-site and remote users supporting network infrastructures, internal desktop systems and advanced support for corporate applications. You will install, configure, and support PC hardware and software remotely and on-site; apply security updates and patches per defined procedure and utilize a help desk ticket system to manage support incidents and report on progress.
