Due to exciting growth my client are looking for an all round Business Analyst to join the wider projects team. This is the first permanent BA hire for the team, so lots of capacity to define, shape and grow the department and enjoy fast career progression as a result.Client DetailsI am currently working with a Financial Services organisation based in Surrey, who are looking for a Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.DescriptionIn this role you will be:Lead workshops to engage multiple stakeholders within a project and extract all business requirements.Work with the wider stakeholders to take business requirements and translate them to practical technical changes. Lead workshops across the organisations to define as is and should be. Manage smaller 3-8 week projects supporting the wider project team. Creating and managing budget documents for projects. Drive change though stakeholder management and engagement, including 3rd party suppliers.ProfileAs the successful candidate you will have:BCS Business Analysis Qualification or equivalent experience.Previous experience in Financial Services organisations. Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies. Budget management experience. Ability to understand the wider process surrounding projects and how this directly affects projects.
