Exciting opportunity for a Project Manager or Project Engineer looking to build on their project management skills to break into an exciting and rapidly growing industry. Are you a Mechanically-biased Project Engineer or Project Manager? Do you want to build a career in the exciting Renewable Energy sector?

This company design and supply specialist power systems, with a particular focus on the emerging renewable energy market. They are a relatively new company, but even so have seen a rapid surge in demand for their products, and now have multiple operations at various points across the UK. Due to a large number of incoming projects they are looking to take on a new Project Engineering professional to handle new large-scale expansion projects.

In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of key renewable energy projects, from costing, design and strategic direction to construction and project completion. You will be dealing with internal departments, clients, manufacturers and contractors and overseeing the progression of the project day-by-day. These will be new renewables projects on client sites, so client relations and timely project delivery is paramount.

This role would ideally suit either a Mechanically-biased Project Engineer looking to step up as a full project Manager, or a Project Manager wanting to get involved in Renewable Energy.

Candidates with prior experience in the Energy/Renewables sector should also apply!

The Role

* Responsible for delivery of engineering projects in renewable energy sector

* Overseeing project from concept and client stage to manufacture and construction

* Liaising with all parties throughout the process

* £55,000 + Development + Pension + Medical + 33 Days Holiday

The Person

* Project Engineering/Project Management background

* Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering

* Electrical engineering knowledge desirable but not essential

* Experience in Energy/Renewables desirable but not essential
