Consisting of building surveyors, quantity surveyors, project managers and architects this firm cover both the residential and commercial sectors. They are going through a phase of organic expansion and looking to grow their Project Management team in the Bristol office.In this role you will have flexible working options between the Bristol office, working from home and site visits. Sites are located mainly across the South of England and are of commercial projects, largely recladding and façade remediation projects. You will need to be happy to travel to sites once a week in this role. Initially you will be the sole Project Manager in the team at this office alongside the Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors and Architects, however with the company growth plans the project management team is set to expand giving you the opportunity to head it up and play a role in the expansion of the office.You will be responsible for visiting sites once a week, checking and reporting progress, completing site audits, completing quality assurance, answering day to day queries and managing the general running of the projects. You will have the support of the building surveyors and quantity surveyors on the technical side of the projects.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join an exciting company in the midst of expansion with opportunities to progress to senior roles whilst working a range of projects, receiving a generous salary and assistance in any training desired.
