Salary - £55,000 - £65,000I am currently working with a leading manufacturing business based in Merseyside who is looking to on-board Head of Business Systems on a permanent basis.This is a hands on role where the successful candidate will work with key business stakeholders and end users to identify new IT system requirements and propose solutions to implement them as well as lead in the modification of internal systems to meet the needs of the business.You will also manage monthly IT departmental meetings to monitor projects, developments and take action to resolve any issues whilst carrying out personal development reviews and access training requirements. You will also be responsible to control and analyse the IT revenue and capital expenditure budgets to achieve value for money.The office is based in Liverpool region commutable from North Cheshire/South Lancashire/Greater Manchester area and the position is Hybrid, 2:3 office/remote.Knowledge / Experience: Developing and maintaining ERP System, Reporting tools in a manufacturing industry.Knowledge of the Systems and Procedures within each Department.Financial awareness, experience of managing a Departmental Budget.Project Management Skills.Experience of data structures, data analysis and data manipulation with the ability to use report writing tools.Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with employees at all organisational levelsAbility and experience of staff management, training and appraisals.This is an exciting position for any Systems Manager who is keen to take a next step in their career and work on exciting projects with multiple systems for a leading business.
