My client is searching for someone to provide technical support to our internal users, mainly on our internal systems, mobile devices, security, and user access management task. You'll work collaboratively with stakeholders across the whole business and with the wider technology team to achieve effective results.Client DetailsFast paced, future thinking financial services firm.DescriptionProviding first-line support to IT systems issuesKeeping customers (the wider business) informed of reported issues through our the ticketing systemWorking on user and security access management request and issuesInvestigating and responding to alerts generated by the monitoring systemProfileExperience working with end users on IT systems issuesGood knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, networking and storageGood knowledge of using different problem-solving techniques and report deficienciesGood communication skills and the ability to build relationships with othersA team player, approachable, helpful and willing to go the extra mileKnowledge of ITIL and service desk environment (not essential but would be advantageous)Knowledge of supporting phone systems and networking (again would be advantageous but isn't essential)Job OfferCompetitive salary with a great company over a 12 month FTC.
