Duties and Responsibilities UCL is currently undertaking a transformation of its professional services, with an ambition to provide UCL with effective, integrated and efficient professional services which support UCL's vison to integrate our education, research, innovation and enterprise for the long-term benefit of humanity. To support this we are recruiting two new Senior Continuous Improvement Managers.  The roles will deliver and embed positive, meaningful and sustained change for the UCL community (professional services staff, academics and students) by leading on large scale and complex improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology. Key Requirements You will have a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent) qualification, as well as a track record delivering measurable continuous improvement changes in a service organisation. You will also have excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across the institution.
