2nd Line Team Leader / EUS Leader / Manager Looking for a 2nd line team leader to manage a small focused team in delivering IT Services across a disparate environment. Ideally someone who is moving towards management but still get hands on ability as and when required. Must have ITIL exposure and worked in that framework. From a technical standpoint background in network infrastructure with focus on Software defined / Intent based networking, strong evidenced understanding of the TCP/IP Stack. Any accreditations in ITIL or Cisco would be highly desirable. The role is based in Solihull and you will be expected to work in the office 3 days a week.
