They develop and market software, services, and hardware that deliver new opportunities, greater convenience, and enhanced value to people's lives. THE TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER WILL PROVIDE:

Client-side delivery management support

* Creation of delivery plans including resourcing requirements, cost estimates, and delivery milestones

* Internal resource planning

* Navigating internal approval and sign off's (as required) at Buyer's governance boards

* Creation and delivery of communications for stakeholders and other interested parties

* Reviewing and updating stakeholder maps

* Management of project risks, issues, and mitigation plans

* Understanding the implications of new requirements passed-across to the project

Application upgrade and data migration support and assurance

* Provision of client-side management and assurance of work involving the application hosting Supplier, the application Middleware Support Supplier, and the application provider.

* Knowledge and ability to progress initial data migration, following relevant government cyber security guidelines, and managing incumbent suppliers to help facilitate this migration

* Project management and assistance to business team to:

o Develop acceptance-test configuration, within upgraded hosting environment

o Prepare comms and training materials for business to use with external users of application

Application Update Procurement Support

* Procurement approach complying with established public sector procurement rules and regulations and the commercial strategy of the organisation.

* Documenting scope of services to be procured

* Production of procurement documentation (e.g., RFI/ITT)

* Procurement supplier assessment approach

* Management of procurement process

* Input to the evaluation of responses
