We're looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual to collaborate in driving our Digital Content strategy within the Motor Finance team, helping to improve our online journeys and the overall customer experience.

About the role

As Digital Content Manager you'll be key to driving and sharing insight on how digital content can optimise our digital journeys for our customers and gain competitive advantage. Proficient at demonstrating industry standard methodology you will help to improve our customer experience and also use insight to support our stakeholders with strategic business decisions.

The role spans from crafting compelling copy, through to its delivery and post implementation analysis of its success. Based in our Consumer lab, you'll be working an agile environment, bringing expertise to multiple features teams.

Here's how you'll make a difference:

Collaborating effectively with the team and a wide range of stakeholders and senior leaders across our business to drive improvements to our online customer journeys

Working closely with the Human Centred Design specialists (e.g. UX Designers, UI Designers, etc.) to support development of journey evolution

Designing and writing compelling copy

Creation and publication of web pages with clear engaging digital content - implementing through our content management tools

Continually and proactively utilising digital analytics to optimise our online digital journeys and improve SEO rankings

What we need from you

Experience in Copy Writing

Experience of working with a content management system

Experience of HTML and CSS

Ability to influence broad set of stakeholders across the business

Excellent communication skills (e.g. written and presentation skills) and ability to optimise communication channels

We'd also appreciate someone with a deep understanding of digital tools and techniques, and digital tone of voice, to improve the experience online for customers.

It is desirable to have experience in working in an agile environment and with SEO tools (SEMrush, Google Search Console).
