You will assist the PMO Manager in developing and maintain the single strategic project portfolio and associated reporting to support prioritisation and resourcing, as well as building a Centre of Excellence for future value-added services. Main purpose & goals Provision of development and maintenance of overall portfolio project plan ensuring data is complete and accurate Quality assurance of project status reports on a monthly basis (assisted by Power BI reports) Assist in the production of regular Board level management information (MI), to include, high level portfolio plan, risk & issues, and executive summaries Provide support of initial assessment of New Project Requests and view of impact on existing project portfolio, including facilitation of review meetings Develop and maintain resource capacity plan Assist in defining and maintain the project lifecycle and stages framework including a consistent set of project templates and processes [Covers all areas including Project Initiation, Benefits, Risk & Issues, Resource & Finance management] Provide guidance, training and support to project managers on PMO processes Profile

Experience 3 years in a previous Portfolio / PMO Analyst role preferably in a business change environment

Knowledge Broad business understanding (Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement etc.)

Qualifications Degree level or equivalent and Prince2 qualification and/or a PMO qualification

Skills & abilities Strong skills in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint/Teams] Analytical thinking, ability to interpret data, identify potential issues and present this in a way that facilities effective decision making Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Ability to communicate with key stakeholders across functions up to senior management, written and verbal Organisation awareness, ability to identify decision makers and influencers in order to successfully create & embed new PMO processes Proactive and pragmatic approach required in approaches to work.
