Role summary/purpose of jobThe GT&I Function is responsible for providing technology and support to enable fee earners and business services employees to operate efficiently both internally and with their clients. GT&I is comprised of three functions, Customer Services, Technology Services and Innovation Services. These three functions work closely together with the shared goal of delivering strategic business value through the application of technology. The Client Facing - Low Code Team, supports and maintains products used by our lawyers for matter engagements. These products range from bespoke internally built applications, SaaS solutions and mobile apps developed using Low Code platforms.The roles main focus is to provide full maintenance and technical support for these applications but with opportunities to be involved within the development and software release cycles of these products. We are a technical 3rd line support team built up of DevOps Engineers, Application Support Engineers and Technical Product Managers, who ensure that fee earners and their clients can securely and efficiently collaborate on any business matters using existing or new applications. We guide stakeholders through design and technical support of new product requests following the traditional PDLC, ensure documentation is created and up-to-date as well as aim to maintain our internal processes.The role is an excellent opportunity for an engineer to grow and to get involved in the latest technologies. Part of this role will be to provide continuous support to the existing team but will focused on the development of the individual.
