Control Room Shift Team Leader (Shift Based)NottinghamSalary up to £37,000 + Progression + Training + Shift Allowance + Bonus + Holidays Excellent role for a Control Room Operator to join a rapidly growing and highly ambitious company offering fantastic training and progression opportunities, and the ability to work alongside a highly skilled team.This rapidly expanding company specialise in overseeing the operation and maintenance of power stations across the UK and stockpile resources and materials for power generation. They are strong growth plans over the next few years and aim to provide a high quality service to their ever-growing client base. Due to this growth, they are now looking for a Control Room Shift Team Leader to join their team.In this role, you will be running the control room of a Power Plant and supervising and deploying the shifts, monitoring the levels of the bunkers, carrying out safety inspections, and monitoring the by-product stores amongst other tasks. You will be working a 3-shift pattern however, whilst undergoing training, you will be working the morning shift. You will receive exceptional training and progression opportunities to help you develop your skills and grow with the business.The ideal candidate will have experience as a Control Room Operator, and experience in a supervisory position, and hold their IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
