Exciting Role on offer for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to join an industry leading commercial contractor in their newly founded South-West Office, offering extensive progression opportunities to Commercial Manager.

Are you an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking a long term role within a growing national business? Are you looking for a company offering continuous professional development and progression opportunities?

Established for nearly 30 years this commercial contractor are specialist commercial contractors which manage construction build projects from blank sheet through to completion. They are quickly becoming the number one within their sector, with over 500 employees and a huge pipeline and ambition for growth. They now require a Senior Quantity Surveyor in their new South-West region to provide their knowledge and technical skills to help drive the division and company forward.

In this role you will be site based on a project in Exeter, with 2 more projects in the pipeline. You will be responsible for the complete cycle of the project from blank sheet through to completion. This will include assessing drawings, budget control and evaluation, sourcing suitable suppliers and materials, and hiring and supervising sub-contractors.

This role would therefore ideally suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in multi-storey structures who have managed projects from design to completion. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will also be an individual who has the desire to progress into more senior roles.
