Jefferson Frank are working with a leading business that is paving the way in their industry at present. As part of their impressive growth plans they are seeking a Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst / Consultant to have an outside impact on the trajectory of the business that is growing at a considerable pace.Role:Administration of Identity Services including Google Cloud Identity, Active DirectoryImplementation and continuous improvement to our Identity strategy and policy in line with changing technologies and security guidelinesTroubleshoot and manage the resolution of issues related to identities, systems access, accounts, authentication, authorisation, entitlements and permissionsDesign, implement and maintain procedures and controls to ensure audit and privacy compliance, where appropriate challenge and improve security and technology policiesDrive continuous improvement of user access controls, especially for access governance, role-based access and Privileged Access Management (PAM)Provide oversight and SME input to the design, build, implementation of technology tools that support the Identity & Access Management strategy, objectives and operational requirements.Work closely with technology team, Information Security and service owners to support integration, operational management and roadmap development of all IAM servicesSupport information security, compliance, legal and privacy functions to drive culture and behaviour change and provide assurance on effective and secure IAM operationsMentor and train junior team members in the development, implementation, review, and testing of IAM processes, controls and toolsIdentification of strategic opportunities for improvement of Identity management based on industry trends, best practices and business needsRequired skills & experience: +3 years experience working in IT and IAMExperience in IT service delivery, operational delivery of IAM functionExpert knowledge with identity and access management (IAM) protocols such as SSO/SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM and 2-step verificationExpert knowledge with IAM and PAM technologies, processes and controlsExpert knowledge of identity management systems including Active Directory and Google Cloud IdentityWorking knowledge of information security and privacy framework e.g. NIST, ISO27000 series, GDPRAbility to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies and solutionsStrong problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and impact others and drive changes effectively in appropriate styles at all levelsPlease apply confidentially or feel free to get in touch with me directly @ [email protected]
